Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Daily Architect Labs ("we", "us") and apply to the ListLasso Chrome extension and this website. By installing or using ListLasso, you agree to them.

What ListLasso does

ListLasso finds lists and tables on web pages you open and copies them into files or your clipboard, inside your browser. How it handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Use it responsibly

You are responsible for what you collect with ListLasso and how you use it. Follow the terms of the websites you use, and the laws that apply to you, including laws on copyright, databases and personal data. Do not use ListLasso to overload websites, get around access controls, or collect personal data without a lawful reason. ListLasso waits between pages by default; keep a polite pace.

Your license

You may install and use ListLasso for personal or business purposes. You may not sell, rent or redistribute it, or copy it into another product, except where the open-source licenses of its components allow it.

Free plan and Pro

ListLasso has a free plan and a paid plan, Pro. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page before you buy.

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our online reseller and merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles payment, billing, sales tax and invoices, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the link in your receipt email or in the customer portal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The lifetime option is a single payment for Pro in current and future versions of ListLasso for as long as we offer the product.

Each license key may be activated in up to 3 Chrome browsers that you use. Do not share, publish or resell your key. A key from a cancelled, refunded or charged-back purchase stops working. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Third-party services

Pro purchases and license checks are handled by Dodo Payments. Websites you scrape or open as detail pages are governed by their own terms.

No warranty

ListLasso is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy or completeness of the data it collects, to the extent the law allows. Websites change, and ListLasso may not find every list or every page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of ListLasso. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for ListLasso in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use ListLasso after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
