Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
ListLasso is a Chrome extension made by Daily Architect Labs ("we") that copies lists and tables from web pages into spreadsheets. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. In short: ListLasso works inside your browser, what you scrape stays on your device, and we do not sell or share personal data. The only information that leaves your device for us or our partners is the Pro license check described below.
Pages you scrape
ListLasso reads a web page only after you click its icon or press its keyboard shortcut on that page. It looks at the page's content inside your browser to find lists and tables, and outlines them on the page. If you ask for more pages, it clicks the page's "Next" or "Load more" button or scrolls the page, in the same tab. None of this page content is sent to us or to anyone else.
The rows you collect
The rows ListLasso finds are kept in the ListLasso side panel on your computer until you close it. They leave the panel only when you export them to a file on your computer or copy them to your clipboard. ListLasso does not upload them, sync them or keep a copy after the panel is closed.
Detail pages (Pro)
If you use detail pages, ListLasso opens the links in your rows to read facts from those pages, such as a price, address or contact details that the page shows. Chrome first asks for your permission to access those websites. The requests go directly from your browser to those websites, as if you visited them yourself, and their own privacy policies apply. What ListLasso reads from those pages stays in the side panel like your other rows.
Pro purchases and license checks
If you buy Pro, Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, processes the order. It collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details under the Dodo Payments privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details from Dodo Payments so we can provide support, refunds and your license. We never see your full card details.
When you activate a license key, ListLasso sends the key and a device label (for example "Chrome on Win32") to the Dodo Payments license server, which returns an activation ID. Every few days, while you are online, it sends the key and activation ID again to confirm the license is still valid. When you remove Pro from a browser, it sends them once more to free that activation. These requests contain no page content, scraped data, browsing history or other personal information.
Settings stored on your device
ListLasso saves your templates (which describe where a list is on a page, not the data itself) and, if you activate Pro, your license key and activation ID in Chrome's extension storage on your computer. Apart from the license check above, this information is not sent anywhere, and it is deleted when you remove the extension.
What we do not do
- No analytics, tracking, advertising or cookies.
- No accounts and no sign-in.
- No remote code: everything ListLasso runs is inside the extension you install.
- No selling or transferring of user data to third parties.
- No use or transfer of user data for purposes unrelated to copying lists and tables.
- No use or transfer of user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
ListLasso's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
